We’re all recovering from divorce. It is a traumatic, painful event that causes emotional wounds. These wounds don't heal with time. You get “stuck” if you don’t properly heal. Evolution and recovery is about incremental change, day by day. Our group classes break everything down into small steps – with tools, resources, lessons, activities, and live classes that help you heal the wounds so that you can let, move on, and start a new chapter.

Hey there, friend! Going through a divorce is tough, and it's totally okay to feel overwhelmed. I'm here to tell you that you don't have to navigate this journey alone. Finding the right support group can make all the difference in the world. So, let's dive in and talk about why joining a divorce support group in Colorado Springs could be your game-changer.
Divorce is like riding an emotional rollercoaster blindfolded – you never know when the next loop-de-loop is coming. I get it; I've been there myself. The ups and downs can be exhausting, and that's where a support group steps in to be your stabilizer.
Most people that join our group are 35 and over, and it is for men and women. We find that as you get older the challenges we face are unique. As you get older you have been through more, experienced life, and our recoveries deserve a space that caters specifically to you. Age brings wisdom, but it also brings a different set of hurdles, and we're in this together.
Joining a support group isn't a one-size-fits-all deal. It's about finding a space where you feel understood and where the challenges you're facing are acknowledged. For those of us in this "divorce" club, that might mean connecting with people who've navigated longer marriages or dealt with the complexities of blended families.
Look, no one hands you a manual on how to divorce successfully. It's a learn-as-you-go process, and that's where the beauty of a support group shines. You don't have to have all the answers – sometimes, it's just about having a safe space to share your thoughts, fears, and victories.
There's a powerful comfort in knowing that you're not alone in your struggles. In our support group, I've witnessed participants sharing their stories, and the nods of understanding from others – it's like a silent assurance that says, "I get it, and I'm here for you."
Let's face it; divorce can be isolating. Friends and family might not fully grasp what you're going through. That's where a support group becomes your chosen family – a community that knows the ins and outs of divorce life, and they've got your back.
Legal and financial aspects of divorce can be like navigating a maze blindfolded. In our group, we bring in experts to shed light on these aspects. It's like having a cheat code to unravel the complexities and ensure you're making informed decisions for your future.
Divorce isn't just about paperwork; it's about reshaping your day-to-day life. From co-parenting to adjusting to a new living situation, practical advice from those who've been there can be a lifeline. I've seen folks in our group sharing tips on creating new routines and finding joy in the little things.
When it comes to finding the perfect group pay attention to what you really need. Do you just want to make new friends and move on, or do you need to heal and focus on your recovery? It matters. We offer both a support group AND a recovery group.
Many support groups are led by someone that is a volunteer and untrained. The Rebuilders groups are led by highly trained experts in divorce. Do you want someone that is guessing or someone that really knows how to help you heal? Anne Marsh is an expert. She has been leading divorce support and recovery groups since 2020.
Now, let me shine a light on what makes our group special. We're not just experts; we're a community of folks who've walked the path of divorce and come out the other side. We've got the battle scars, but we've also got the wisdom to help guide you through.
In our group, it's not just about discussions. We bring in guest speakers, organize workshops, and create an environment that fosters both healing and personal growth. It's not just a support group; it's a holistic approach to divorce recovery.
Meet Elaine, a member of our group who found solace in sharing her journey. "Joining this group was like finding my tribe. I no longer feel alone, and the advice I've received has been a game-changer."
And there's Hank, who was struggling with intense anger. "I was drowning in my emotions, but the support and guidance gave me tools to let it go and focus on what matters."
